Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor the market & fully understand trends, gaps and opportunities in order to optimize listings, increase traffic and improve conversion.
• Design and develop fashion lines for the target consumer according to seasons and trends.
• Continuously evaluate the latest fashion trends, buying patterns, and demographics of the target market.
• Direct and assist in fashion photo shoots.
• Assist in ensuring all products are strategically merchandised across the site in Just In, category listing pages, designer listing pages, and trend pages
