Magento Developer/Senior developer (eCommerce)

Experience – 3-5 years

Qualification – Graduate / B.Tech

Role & Responsibilities
  • Software programming for Magento to build extensions, widgets, custom integrations
  • Strong understanding of the Magento System Architecture, Design, Heming, Functionality Enhancements, Configuration.
  • Create and customize Magento themes including templates, layouts, CSS, JavaScript, and other components of the front end of a Magento site
  • Uses the Admin Panel to implement design-related system configuration and modify the appearance of specific pages (for instance, CMS, categories, and products)
  • Use Business Processes in Magento such as Structure of catalog, indexes, promotions, price generation logic, Architecture of checkout, payment/shipment methods, sales/order processing
  • Good understanding of JQuery & Zend framework preferable

  • Responsible for introducing new marketing practices, support services as a new revenue stream.
  • Responsible for streamlining business process, correcting leakages in the delivery and support models.
  • End-to-end project lifecycle execution across sectors and geographical regions.
  • Identifying Alternate Channels for publishing in mass market.
  • Business Development through identification of new markets, business opportunities and alternate channels. Identifying new business avenues in different regions for making global presence.
  • Responsible for managing sales process and implementing new sales initiatives involving offshore and direct sales representatives in different regions. Defining sales, lead generation strategies, Affiliate management.
  • Researching and identifying key areas for targeting and executing correct promotional strategy for the identified service offerings.

  • Manage the team for Category, product, technology, content and operations for the business

  • Meet monthly revenue targets for the business

  • Must have leadership experience building and/or managing eCommerce business.

  • Team player who is a self-starter and is able to thrive in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Must have in-depth knowledge about the latest developments & trends in the industry.

Customer Care Executive

Experience – 2-3 years

Qualification – Graduate

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage all customer service inquiries
  • Coordinate with other departments to manage customer satisfaction
  • Assist with Marketing and other Ecommerce initiatives as required
  • Support online product and sales strategies
  • Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.
  • Achieve a high rate of incoming & outgoing call efficiency
  • Return customer communications in a timely manner via phone and email

  • Responsible for Category and product Management – Online Catalogue Creation using in built tools
  • Well versed with advance excel. (Knowledge of vlookup, pivot table & macros)
  • Well versed in E commerce and handling of web portals

Quality Control Executive

Experience – 2-3 years

Qualification – Graduate

Warehouse Executive

Experience – 3-4 years

Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage stock through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, stock-takes and periodic audit of same to verify results
  • Ensure proper Storage / Dispatch / Receiving of Stocks at warehouse point
  • Filling of all document related to Dispatch/Receiving/Transfer of Stocks
  • Management of Damage Stocks
  • MIS Reporting through dispatch Register/ Expense Reports, etc.
